Full property description.
Goodman from City of Hartford (County of Hartford) in Connecticut. Subject to Trust Deed #105086 Note: This document is the basis for the 1885 auction. Under the 1873 Trust Deed, the loan went into default in 1876. It's possible there was an unrecorded agreement regarding the outstanding balance. However, based on what was recorded, the loan would have been four years in default in 1880. It would appear that Goodman was supposed to take over payment. Yet, in 1885 the property was auctioned off for William and Julia Rooney being in default. Recorded on 11/19/1880 Volume 1007 |
